The stay here was very lovely during holidays. Twin/double room we stayed at was nicely decorated with a balcony or terrasse.The location was quiet and perfect, and the room was spotless.Plus it was in a cute area.Our holiday stay 

The staff here are quick to respond, and one person multitasks as a porter, bartender, and waiter.

The location of this hotel near to the river and the center of Florence was absolutely perfect. I enjoyed the well-decorated double room with a balcony or terrace.

Nice comfortable Hotel within walking distance of Florence. Stayed 2 nights here as part of overall touring Holiday in Tuscany. We needed a Hotel near to Florence with car parking facility, and Hotel Villa Carlotta fitted this purpose. Nice friendly staff, clean Hotel

The outdoor garden at this venue is beautiful, and it is conveniently located near the Porta Romana, making it a great place for exploring the city.

Very nice villa, excellent & friendly staff, quiet location with easy city access. Easy to park.

Weak hair dryer and our US hair dryer with a converter still blew a fuse.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. Green, clear. The city center is within walking distance.

Bad soundproofing between rooms.

The location is peaceful, 10 km from the airport. The breakfast is above average and very good with a variety of options for every taste. The staff is supportive, genuinely helpful, and as one would expect.
